Jackson McKeehan is a Los Angeles-based writer and director from rural Missouri.

His work explores queer identity, class, repression, and performance through dark comedy, psychological tension, and heightened Americana.

Drawing from backgrounds in theater, visual art, and fashion, his films transform familiar American spaces into places where longing, humor, and violence quietly coexist.
